BOGAA was established via Bauchi Oil and Gas Academy Law of 2022. The Academy took off on 22nd September, 2022 with the appointment of an Interim Management Committee.
The Academy currently operates from its temporary site in the Campus of Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic along Jos Road Bauchi. It runs a Professional Certificate programme on Oil and Gas Sectors in conjunction with the relevant professional bodies on the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry. The Academy also runs Skill Acquisition Programmes in Vocational Education Certificate Programmes in Eight (8) Trades.
The Academy aspires to be a leading Institution of learning in the provision of skilled manpower in the Oil and Gas Sector.
To provide quality training in meeting the skilled manpower needs of the Oil and Gas sector.
